Customer Support
We pride ourselves in providing great customer support, especially to paying customers. The best way to request customer support for Unread is from inside the app. A customer support inquiry made from inside Unread includes a premium support token when made from a paying subscriber. We give priority attention to an inquiry with a premium support token.
In Unread for Mac, request support by choosing either Contact Support or Premium Support from the Help menu. If you are writing about a specific article, an even better method is to open that article and choose Report Article Issue from the Article menu.
In Unread for iPhone or iPad, request support by opening the Settings screen and tapping either Contact Support or Premium Support under the Support section. If you are writing about a specific article, an even better method is to choose Report Article Issue from the share sheet for that article.
